Velp Scientifica, since many years commited to the development of laboratories solutions for the BOD determination, is pleased to introduce two new accessories to support the analyst’s activity for the realization of Test of control on the VELP’s apparatus.

 “BOD Sensor Check” and the “Control test tablets" are two different solutions that simplify the routine controls, avoiding to the analyst the preparation of the reagent used saving time.

 The use of  BOD Sensor Check (A00000135), it allows to effect a fast test to verify the correct operation of the BOD Sensor. In a few seconds it is possible to verify the correct functionality of the apparatus, granting the reliability of the expected results.

The Control test tablets (A00000136) allows to verify through 5 days test, the correct tighten of the instrument and the measure sensor’s calibration of the BOD Sensor pressure.

The test is performed through the use of a single tablet for measure and it allows to read the value gotten after only
24-48 hours. 

The test is usable to verify the correct operation of VELP BOD Sensor System 6/10 and BOD Sensor Set.
