Equipment for determining the BOD with the traditional manometric technique up to 1000 mg/l (ppm); higher values are determined after dilution. It can simultaneously house 6 bottles.
Each position is fitted out with bottle, manometer and 4 scales for the intervals up to 90, 250, 600 and 999 ppm BOD.
The sample quantity to be examined varies from 100 to 400 ml, and the bottle’s total capacity is 500 ml. The samples are continuously stirred by a magnetic stirrer with 6 positions.
