Digital Vortex Mixer with IR Sensor

The TX4 digital vortex mixer is designed to ensure precise and repeatable vortex mixing for common laboratory applications, including sample preparation, reagent mixing, pellet resuspension, homogenization of suspensions and emulsions, dissolution of solids in liquids, and routine sample mixing in research, quality control, and clinical laboratories.

This vortex mixer is equipped with an innovative infrared sensor developed to improve both efficiency and user comfort. The sensor detects the presence of the test tube and automatically activates vibration, eliminating the need for applied pressure.

Compared to traditional touch-activated operation, this technology significantly reduces repetitive strain, supporting safer and more ergonomic daily laboratory work.

Digital Control and Operational Flexibility

Speed and operating time are digitally controlled, allowing accurate adjustment of mixing conditions up to 3000 rpm, with timed operation programmable up to 999 hours and 59 minutes.

All parameters are clearly displayed on a large, high-visibility LCD, enabling intuitive setup and full control during operation. The instrument supports both continuous mode and sensor-activated operation, adapting easily to different workflows.

A broad range of accessories allows efficient mixing of tubes, microplates, and flasks, with accessories mounted by simple pressure for fast and easy configuration changes.

Robust Design for Long-Term Reliability

Built for long-term use, the TX4 combines a chemical-resistant technopolymer housing with a solid zinc alloy base to ensure excellent stability, even at high speeds.

Large anti-slip rubber feet keep the instrument firmly in position, while IP42 protection provides resistance against particles and liquid splashes commonly encountered in the laboratory.
