During the XXVI Congresso Nazionale della Società Chimica Italiana will be presented the study "Characterization and shelf-life evaluation of gluten-free biscuits enriched with Chestnut flour" of University of Parma in collaboration with VELP Scientifica conducted with the Oxitest.
The congress will take place in Paestum from 10 to 14 September.
