Data Logging Software for Velp Advance Instruments

With ControllerSoft™, you can connect and manage up to four compatible instruments directly from your PC, choosing from the following models:
  • Chemical synthesis reactors: ChemSynt 301
  • Overhead stirrers: OHS 60 Advance, OHS 100 Advance, OHS 200 Advance, CONTROLLER Advance
  • Hotplate stirrers: AREX 5 Advance, AREC 7 Advance, AREC 10 Advance
The software enables real-time monitoring and data logging of the main operating parameters, depending on the connected instrument, including:
  • Solution temperature
  • Jacket temperature (Tj) – for ChemSynt 301
  • Delta Tr-Tj – for ChemSynt 301
  • pH – for ChemSynt 301
  • Stirring speed (rpm)
  • Dosing rate – for ChemSynt 301
  • Torque (Ncm) – for OHS models
ControllerSoft™ provides an aggregated view of data from up to four instruments, enabling in-depth process analysis and facilitating a deeper understanding of reaction evolution. All data can be exported in CSV format for easy integration with LIMS and other data management systems, supporting traceability, documentation, and process optimization.

The latest version of ControllerSoft™ offers a redesigned interface with refreshed graphics, improving user experience and simplifying navigation.

It maintains full backward compatibility, allowing users of previous versions to upgrade without needing a new activation file.

Connection types depend on the instrument model: ChemSynt 301 uses Ethernet, OHS Advance series uses micro-USB, while AREX/AREC Advance series require USB-C.
