To carry out the determination of nitrogen content in organic and inorganic substances, one of the most widely used methods is the Kieldhal method.

Boric acid is fundamental for both colorimetric and potentiometric titration to quantify the amount of ammonia in the receiving solution. The amount of nitrogen in a sample can be calculated from the amount of ammonia ions in the receiving solution.

To make preparation quick and easy, VELP introduced the innovative VreceiverTM  for 1L of boric acid with indicators. This is a certified formula consisting of boric acid powder and a mixture of indicators (required by AOAC methods), which allows for optimal preparation of the receiving solution ensuring standardization in preparation and ease of transport and management in the laboratory.

Forget about the problems of incorrect dosages: with VreceiverTM the preparation of the receiving solution becomes standardized and reproducible.

Forget about heavy containers: with VreceiverTM you will have simple packets to use for your solutions (1 packet = 1 liter).

Forget about expiration dates followed by a waste of money and material: VreceiverTM can be stored and remain stable for a long time.

Discover how to prepare the receiving solution with VreceiverTM in minutes!
