VELP has developed the new CONTROLLER Series, a powerful and leading-edge solution to manage chemical reactions in lab-scale reactor systems up to 100 L.

The Controller Series is available in two models: the top-tier and cloud enabled CONTROLLER Advance and the intuitive CONTROLLER Digital.

Both CONTROLLERs are compatible with the optional VELP brushless motors that can be integrated in chemical reactors according to volume and viscosity.

CONTROLLER Advance

The CONTROLLER Advance is designed to manage and monitor the shaft rotation speed of brushless motors in pilot-plant reactor systems of up to 100 L provided with a 3.5" TFT display, Data logging, and Wi-Fi connectivity. It is the ideal solution in supporting reactions for:
  • Stirring: precisely set the desired speed (rpm) and the stirring direction
  • Torque: monitor the viscosity of the reaction mixture with LED indicators
  • Temperature: temperature measurement of the reaction through PT100 probe connection

EXCLUSIVE CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS

The CONTROLLER Advance benefits from the premium Wi-Fi connectivity to VELP Ermes cloud platform that provide exclusive advantages:
  • remote control and real-time monitoring;

CONTROLLER Digital

The CONTROLLER Digital is the entry-level solution to manage and monitor the shaft rotation speed of brushless motors in lab-scale reactor systems of up to 100 L. It supports reactions for: 
  • Stirring: precisely set the desired speed (rpm) and the stirring direction
  • Torque: monitor the viscosity of the reaction mixture with LED indicators
The CONTROLLER Digital is intuitive and reliable. The bright digital display guarantees precise speed control (± 1 rpm), the intuitive knob permits navigation of the menu and to start/stop operations.

Furthermore, the integral timer allows unattended operations. From the easy-to-use interface is possible to choose the direction of the stirring direction CW/CCW and to activate the safety lock button avoiding unintentional changes in settings.
