The CN 802 Elemental Analyzer represents VELP's state-of-the-art solution for determining carbon, nitrogen, carbon/nitrogen ratio, and TOC through advanced combustion technology. Thanks to the latest upgrades in the 2024 model and the innovative HighSensIR detector, laboratories can now perform analysis on both solid and liquid samples, ranging from micro to macro weights.

For this reason, our R&D department has upgraded our CN 802 carbon/nitrogen elemental analyzer to:

HIGH SENSITIVITY TO DETERMINE CARBON/NITROGEN CONTENT ON A WIDE RANGE OF SAMPLES

Laboratories can now determine the Carbon and Nitrogen content on samples ranging from micro to macro weights. The innovative HighSensIR detector enables the analysis of high weight and volume samples to obtain accurate results when testing:

Inhomogeneous samples (e.g. 200 mg organic material)
Samples with low carbon concentration levels (e.g. 1.5 g of mineral soil and sediments)

With the CN 802, you can perform analysis across a wide range of sample types, including solid, semi-solid, and liquid samples simultaneously. Indeed, by utilizing dedicated accessories and kits, laboratories can perform automatic analysis with high precision in long routine series on liquid samples in the same analysis run as with solid samples.

STREAMLINED OPERATIONS, ENHANCED EASE-OF-USE, FULL COMPLIANCE

The transition from a pneumatic autosampler to a new electronic autosampler has led to significant improvement in the CN 802 Carbon/Nitrogen Analyzer. Sample loading is now more reliable and a compressed air line is no longer needed in the laboratory.

When it comes to the software, the CNSoft^TM has undergone comprehensive code rewriting, now featuring a revamped graphical user interface and new features to ensure full compliance and an advanced experience.

Last but not least, the CN 802 software can now be upgraded with the optional 21 CFR Part 11 Package for those laboratories that require compliance with FDA regulations.
