We serve customers around the world through two subsidiaries and a widespread distribution network of over 300 partners in 130 countries. Our U.S. subsidiary, Velp Scientific, Inc., based in Long Island, provides comprehensive sales and technical support across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Velp China Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shanghai, offers commercial and technical assistance, ensuring reliable service throughout China.

Founded in 1983 by Ermete Passoni, Velp is a family-owned company now led by the second generation, Giovanni Passoni (CEO) and Laura Passoni (CHRO).
